Who We Are

ShapeUpIdaho is a locally owned and operated junk removal company based in the heart of Southeastern Idaho. Since 2021, we’ve been helping homeowners, renters, landlords, and business owners across the region clear out unwanted items and reclaim their spaces. Whether it’s a single piece of furniture or an entire property cleanout, our crew shows up on time, works hard, and leaves your space spotless.

Why We Started

We started ShapeUpIdaho because we saw a need for reliable, affordable junk removal in the Rexburg and Idaho Falls area. Too many folks were stuck dealing with overflowing garages, cluttered basements, and properties full of stuff they couldn’t move on their own. Renting a dumpster is expensive and time-consuming. Hauling things to the dump yourself takes all day. We figured there had to be a better way — and that’s exactly what we built.

What We Do

Our services cover just about anything you need gone. On the residential side, we handle house cleanouts, garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, furniture removal, appliance removal, and much more. For businesses, we offer commercial junk removal, office cleanouts, and warehouse clearing. We aim to keep as much out of the landfill as possible.
